Founded in 2026 by Pedro Morales, 301 Caracas was born from a deep love for our homeland and the desire to share its flavors with Puerto Rico, which adopted us and became our home. Our name is a tribute to Cerro El Ávila, the imposing guardian of Caracas, reminding us every day where we come from.
We bring to your table the recipes that have been passed down through generations in our Venezuelan families. From the seasoning of our grandmothers to the innovations of our contemporary kitchen, every ingredient is selected with the same care we put into our kitchens back in Caracas.
